Oversees the Board of Directors and Volunteer Recruitment process. Oversees the overall programs, policies and procedures. Establishes reporting metrics to ensure that all activities remain compliant with the mission of SOULS

BUDGET & FINANCE DIRECTOR
Oversees the overall financial practices and implements regular budget, accounting and audit reporting to ensure compliance with the overall mission of SOULS
SECRETARY/ADMIN ASST
Provides high quality clerical and administrative support to the management team of SOULS. Responsibilities include providing a range of secretarial services including, drafting letters and documents, maintaining records, scheduling, and providing outstanding customer service.
COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR

Oversees the overall media relations including social media and productions activities. Provides IT and Technical Support services. Provides Web Development services.

PROJECT MANAGER

Builds community relationships and coordinates, trains and oversees the overall volunteer team to ensure professionalism and adherence to the overall mission of SOULS

VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR

Organizes, Supervises and supports the volunteer team to ensure an efficient workflow within assigned projects

FIELD COORDINATOR

Supervises and supports volunteers within a specific community assignments

FIELD TEAM

Implements assigned tasks designed to impact the community and achieve the goals and objectives of SOULS
